§ 9152 Poultry Livestock Lab Certification

The department shall do all of the following: (a) Require certification of laboratories providing services in the examination, diagnosis, analysis, testing, quantifying, or identification of any emergency or regulatory condition of poultry or livestock owned or located within the state. (b) Prescribe procedures and requirements for certification. (c) Develop and implement regulations necessary to carry out this article. (Added by Stats. 2021, Ch. 495, Sec. 1. (SB 703) Effective January 1, 2022.)
