§ 866 Agricultural Commodity Transport Rules

A farmer is driving a truck full of oranges to sell at a market in another town.

The farmer must follow the basic state rules, like labeling the oranges correctly. But if the county he’s driving through has extra rules, like needing a special permit, he has to follow those too.
