§ 79923 Required Business Records

“Books and records” means books, records, contracts, documents, memoranda, papers, correspondence, or other written data pertaining to matters relating to the activities subject to this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 725, Sec. 1. (AB 2606) Effective January 1, 2025.)
