§ 79074 Fishery Data Dissemination Authority

The commission may collect information, including, but not limited to, fishery landing statistics, and publish and distribute without charge, a bulletin, newsletter, or other communication to persons subject to this chapter. (Added by Stats. 2002, Ch. 973, Sec. 2. Effective January 1, 2003.)
