§ 77903 Cut Flower Industry Regulation

The production and marketing of cut flowers and cut greens produced in this state are hereby declared to be affected with a public interest. This chapter is enacted in the exercise of the police power of this state for the purpose of protecting the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. (Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 495, Sec. 1. Effective August 10, 1990.)
