§ 77731 Marketing Year Definition

“Marketing year” or “marketing season” means the period from October 1 of any year to September 30, inclusive, of the following year. The marketing year may be changed by a vote of 2/3 of the membership of the commission. (Added by renumbering Section 77728 by Stats. 1995, Ch. 130, Sec. 19. Effective July 18, 1995.)
