§ 77706 Date Industry Regulation

The production and marketing of dates in this state is hereby declared to be affected with the public interest. This chapter is enacted in the exercise of the police power of this state for the purposes of protecting the health, peace, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. (Added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 130, Sec. 10. Effective July 18, 1995.)
