Key Takeaways

  • •You can't lie about strawberry sales or reports to avoid paying fees. It's a crime.
  • •You must give the commission any strawberry reports they ask for. Not doing so is breaking the law.
  • •If you sell or ship strawberries, you must tell the commission who you bought them from and how many.
  • •You can't hide, destroy, or change strawberry records. It's illegal and you can go to jail or pay a fine.

Example
