§ 76362 Commission Appeal Procedures

• •If you're upset about a decision the commission made, you can ask for a simple meeting to talk about it.
• •If you don't like the commission's final decision, you can ask the director to look at it again.
• •If the director's decision still doesn't feel right, you can take it to court.

You applied for a special permit to build a small shed in your backyard, but the commission said no.
