§ 74093 Commission Enforcement Authority

The commission may administer and enforce this chapter and do and perform all actions and exercise all powers incidental to, in connection with, or deemed reasonably necessary for, proper or advisable effectuation of this chapter, including, but not limited to, entering into contracts for services with public and private agencies which are deemed necessary by the commission to carry out this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1286, Sec. 1.)
