§ 73208 Producer Election Eligibility

To be eligible for election to the commission, a producer nominee shall submit to the director a nomination petition with the signatures of at least 10 eligible producers from the district from which the nominee is seeking election. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 494, Sec. 1. Effective July 28, 1983.)
