§ 72033 Wheat Producer Definition

“Producer” or “grower” means any person who is engaged, within this state, in the business of producing wheat for market during any of the preceding three marketing seasons, and who shall, upon request, provide proof of commodity sale. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 1004, Sec. 19. Effective September 26, 1985.)
