§ 64223 Handler Record Reporting Requirements

The secretary may, by order or regulation, require every handler subject to the recordkeeping requirements in Section 64221 to file with the secretary the information, or any part of the information, in the records, that the first handlers are required to keep pursuant to this article. The information shall be on forms that are prescribed and furnished by the secretary. (Amended by Stats. 2021, Ch. 371, Sec. 14. (AB 425) Effective January 1, 2022.)
