§ 6245 Annual District Budget Adoption

For each fiscal year subsequent to the first year of operation of the district, the board shall adopt the final budget therefor in the same manner and at the same time that the budget for the first fiscal year was adopted. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1078, Sec. 1. Effective October 11, 1993.)
