§ 6021 Rodent Disease Reporting Requirement

If the director receives a report from the executive officer of the State Department of Health Services which states that field rodents in a certain area carry, or are likely to carry, any disease, insect, or other vector of any disease which is transmissible and injurious to humans, he shall forthwith advise the commissioner of the county in which such rodents exist. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1252.)
