§ 57306 Inspector Registration Discipline

Key Takeaways

  • •If an inspector keeps giving wrong info or doesn't keep records, they can get in trouble.
  • •The boss (commissioner) can take away their inspector badge after a meeting.
  • •This is only for inspectors who mess up a lot, not just once.

Example

An inspector checks buildings but keeps writing down the wrong safety problems.

If they do this a lot and don’t fix it, the boss can stop them from being an inspector.
