§ 57165 Dairy Exchange Enforcement Actions

If, in the conduct of any such investigation, it appears that any unlawful act has been committed by any licensed dairy produce exchange, the director may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such exchange. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
