§ 54458 Civil Penalties For Violations

Any person who violates any provision of this article is liable civilly for a penalty in an amount not to exceed the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for each and every violation. (Added by Stats. 1989, Ch. 510, Sec. 5.)
