§ 52872 Grower Voting Eligibility List

The secretary shall establish a list of growers and other persons and organizations subject to this chapter. Each person or organization on the list shall have one vote in any election conducted pursuant to Sections 52871 and 52873 in which that person or organization is authorized to vote. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 3. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
