§ 52867 Cotton Grower Definition

“Cotton growers” or “growers” means any person in the district who produces, or causes to be produced, cotton for market. (Added by Stats. 2008, Ch. 189, Sec. 5. Effective January 1, 2009. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
