§ 44980 Avocado Market Preparation Reporting

• •If you get avocados ready to sell in this state, you must tell the director when and what time you'll do it.
• •You have to let the director check and approve the avocados and their containers when you're getting them ready to sell.

A farmer picks avocados from their trees and wants to sell them at the local market.
