§ 39721 Uht Lowfat Milk Standards

UHT lowfat milk is market milk, evaporated market milk, condensed market milk, or dried market milk, or any combination thereof, processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701. It may contain harmless edible stabilizers as specified in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. UHT lowfat milk shall be homogenized. (Amended by Stats. 1991, Ch. 840, Sec. 10.)
