§ 38945 Milk Product Registration Penalties

In addition to any other penalty, the department may revoke or suspend the registration of any product resembling milk products for any violation of this chapter or the regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 787, Sec. 17.)
