§ 34625 Milk Container Sanitation Rules

Any empty container which is delivered to any producer, manufacturer, retailer, or distributor for the reception of milk or any product of milk shall be kept in a clean, sanitary, and sterile condition. It shall not be used for any other purpose. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
