§ 32743 Animal Hold Notification Requirements

• •If your animal is ordered to be held or has special moving rules, the director must tell you or your agent.
• •This rule is about making sure you know if your animal can't be moved freely or has restrictions.

Your dog bites someone, and the animal control officer says your dog must stay at home for 10 days.

The officer must tell you directly that your dog can't leave the house during those 10 days.
