§ 29143 Certificate Inspection Fees

Key Takeaways

  • •The cost of getting a certificate depends on how much the inspection costs.
  • •The price isn't random—it's based on what the inspection actually costs to do.

Example

You need a certificate to prove your car passed a safety check.

The fee you pay for that certificate is based on how much it costs to do the safety check, not a fixed price.
