§ 24802 Poultry Packaging And Labeling

Poultry meat shall not be packed, repacked, cut up, recut, or sold unless each container or each carcass is marked in the manner which is required by this chapter and the regulations which are adopted pursuant to it. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
