§ 24750 License Revocation Authority

The director may, after hearing, refuse to issue a license or renew a license and may revoke or suspend any license for any violation of, or failure to comply with, any provision of this chapter or any regulation which is adopted pursuant to it, or for any violation of, or failure to comply with, Section 25091. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
