§ 2204 Commissioner Compensation Payment

• •If a boss picks someone to be a commissioner, they get paid the same way as if a group of bosses (board) picked them.
• •The way they get paid is the same, no matter who chose them.
• •This rule was made a long time ago, in 1967.

Imagine your teacher picks a student to help in the classroom. That student gets the same reward (like extra credit) as if all the teachers together picked them.

It doesn’t matter if one person or a group picks the helper—they still get the same reward.
