§ 21749 Unlicensed Cattle Sales Penalty

Except as otherwise provided in Section 21750, any person that engages as a business in the sale of cattle at a public salesyard without a license is, in addition to all other penalties, liable to a penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25) and an additional penalty of one dollar ($1) per day for every day he has operated a public salesyard without a license. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
