§ 2123 Commissioner Licensing Requirements

Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, a person shall not be appointed to the office of commissioner or deputy commissioner unless he or she has a license issued by the director. The license of any qualified incumbent shall be renewed without further examination. (Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 734, Sec. 11. Effective September 18, 1987.)
