§ 19349 Dead Animal Hauler Inspections

Key Takeaways

  • •Trucks that carry dead animals must be checked by the government every year.
  • •The place where these trucks are kept must also be checked every year.
  • •These checks happen before the truck or business can get their license renewed.
  • •The government can also check these trucks and places anytime they think it's needed.

Example

A company that picks up dead animals from farms has a big truck and a garage where they keep the truck.

Every year, the government will come to check the truck and the garage to make sure everything is clean and safe. If the truck or garage doesn't pass the check, the company might not be allowed to keep working until they fix the problems.
