§ 19224 License Revocation Proceedings

A proceeding for refusal or revocation of a license shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code. The director shall have all the powers granted in that chapter. (Added by Stats. 1969, Ch. 815.)
