§ 18947 Meat Processing Licensing Rules

“Meat processing establishment” means a licensed establishment required to be inspected pursuant to Chapter 4 (commencing with Section 18650) where livestock or poultry products are prepared by curing, drying, smoking, or rendering and the products are sold on the premises to household consumers, and a licensed establishment where fallow deer products may be prepared for transportation or sale, or transportation and sale. (Amended by Stats. 2011, Ch. 133, Sec. 18. (AB 120) Effective July 26, 2011.)
