§ 18846 Unauthorized Official Mark Production

It is unlawful for any brand manufacturer, printer, or other person to cast, print, lithograph, or otherwise make any device containing any official mark or simulation thereof, or any label bearing any such mark or simulation, or any form of official certificate or simulation thereof, except as authorized by the director under such conditions as he may prescribe to assure the accomplishments of the purposes of this chapter. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1970, Ch. 1385.)
