§ 17401 Director Investigation Authority

The director may make any and all necessary investigations relative to reported violations of this part pursuant to Article 2 (commencing with Section 11180), Chapter 2, Part 1, Division 3, Title 2 of the Government Code. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
