§ 12052 Agricultural Pest Control Registration

It is unlawful for any person to act or offer to act as an agricultural pest control adviser in any county wherein the adviser makes any recommendation for agricultural use without first registering with the county agricultural commissioner of that county. (Amended by Stats. 1985, Ch. 95, Sec. 3.)
