§ 11703 Pest Control License Fees

• •A fee must be paid with the application, as set by the director.
• •If the applicant has any branch offices that do pest control in the state, each branch adds an extra fee.
• •The extra fee amount is also set by the director under Section 11502.5.
• •These rules apply unless other specific sections (11704, 11707) say something different.

A pest‑control company wants a state license and has a main office in City A and a branch office in City B that also does pest control.

When the company files its license application it must include the regular fee set by the director, and it must also add another fee for the City B branch because that branch does pest‑control work in the state.
