§ 10751 Swine Sales Yard Records

Any person that operates a sales yard shall keep records of all swine which pass through the sales yard, including the name and address of every person who offers swine for sale and the name and address of every purchaser of swine from the yard. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
