§ 7444 Committee Meeting Call By Majority

If the chairperson of a committee refuses to call a meeting, a meeting may be called upon five days’ notice by a majority of the members of the committee. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 8, Sec. 8. (AB 1200) Effective March 8, 2012.)
