§ 7402 County Central Committee Members

• •In big counties with 20 or more Assembly districts, each district picks 7 people for the county central committee.
• •If an Assembly district is only partly in the county, the 7 people are picked from the part that's inside the county.
• •This rule only applies to big counties with lots of Assembly districts.

Imagine a big county like Los Angeles with many Assembly districts. One of these districts, District 50, is partly in Los Angeles County and partly in another county.

Only the part of District 50 that is inside Los Angeles County will pick 7 people to be on the county central committee. The part of District 50 that is in the other county doesn't get to pick these 7 people.
