§ 6951 Peace And Freedom Ballot Candidates

At least 68 days before the presidential primary, the Secretary of State shall transmit to each elections official a certified list containing the names of the candidates to appear on the Peace and Freedom Party presidential preference primary ballot and the names and addresses of the candidates for delegates for whom nomination papers have been filed and who are entitled to be voted for at the presidential primary. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 312, Sec. 14. Effective January 1, 2000.)
