§ 6743 Peace And Freedom Party Delegates

Key Takeaways

  • •The Secretary of State must tell each county about the Peace and Freedom Party’s national group by a certain date.
  • •They must share the number of delegates the Peace and Freedom Party can send to the national meeting.
  • •They must also say how many delegate candidates each area can pick.

Example

Imagine your school is having a big meeting with other schools, and your teacher has to tell every class how many students they can send to represent them.

The Secretary of State does something similar by telling each county how many people the Peace and Freedom Party can send to their big national meeting.
