§ 6443 Delegate List Filing Requirement

If the candidate fails to file a list of delegates, the state central committee of the party in whose primary the candidate received the plurality vote shall, within 10 days of the end of the 10-day period required in Section 6442, file a list of delegates with the Secretary of State. The delegation shall go to the convention unpledged to any candidate. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
