§ 6140 Nomination Paper Submission

Each section of a nomination paper, after being verified, shall be returned by the circulator who circulated it to the steering committee, or to its duly authorized representatives. All the sections circulated in any county shall be collected by the steering committee, or its duly authorized representatives, and they shall arrange and leave the sections with the county elections official for examination. (Amended by Stats. 1999, Ch. 790, Sec. 6. Effective January 1, 2000.)
