§ 6103 Presidential Primary Signature Notification

Upon receipt of a sufficient number of signatures for the presidential primary ballot, the Secretary of State shall notify the chairperson of the steering committee of each unselected candidate or uncommitted delegation of that fact and advise him or her that no more signatures will be received. (Enacted by Stats. 1994, Ch. 920, Sec. 2.)
