§ 2100 Registration Judgment Requirement

A person shall not be registered except as provided in this chapter or Chapter 4.5, except upon the production and filing of a certified copy of a judgment of the superior court directing registration to be made. (Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 729, Sec. 1. (AB 1461) Effective January 1, 2016.)
