§ 16620 Contest Trial Court Powers

A neighbor sues another neighbor over a fence, and the judge shows up at the courthouse on the date the order set.

Because the order said the trial would be at the courthouse on June 5, the court meets there on that day and can make any decisions needed to settle the fence dispute.
