§ 10524 District Election Boundary Notice

A county is preparing for a landowner voting district election scheduled for June 1. The district secretary sends a map showing the district’s borders to the county elections office on January 15.

Because the map was sent more than 125 days before the June 1 election, the secretary followed the rule and the county can use the map to run the election correctly.
