§ 90405 Student Agricultural Project Loans

The California State Polytechnic University and the California Polytechnic State University Agricultural Project Revolving Fund in the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) is continued in existence. The fund shall be used for loans to needy and deserving students for the purchase of livestock, poultry, seed, feed, and such other materials as are necessary for the conducting of projects by students under supervision of instructors in the school. All sums borrowed shall be returned to the revolving fund as soon as projects are completed. (Amended by Stats. 1977, Ch. 579.)
